Avoid this program by all means The program is a nightmare to install. The licensing method is terrible. Once the license is issued, it can be used only once and it does not work and fails to install. From that point you are on your own and no refund will be issued. Your money gone dowwn the drain to China. The program is not even on the top 10 list. I suggest you avoid this program. Instead, consider: Netvizer, number 2 on the top 10, and a thousand dollar cheaper than number one.

Office Tracker Scheduling Software Nice Web based scheduler - unfortunately, won't work for our purposes. I would certainly rate the software as "good", but internet server storage/transmission poses problems for our type business. In particular, I do not want to leave any ports open to our server/internet access (through our firewall) and with the PHI security standards requiring patient confidentiality and encryption, simply do not want to have to add this type service (internet server application) to our security plan (nor wish to monitor/certify, etc.). Unsure whether this program can meet the need I am looking for scheduling software that allows a resource (e.g. employees) to be fitted to shifts on a rotating basis automatically. Each department has its own employees (e.g. Department A has 20 employees numbered A1 to A20 and Department B has its own employees numbered B1 to B20 while department C might have only one employee C1 and Department D might have 8 employees D1 to D8).
